What Is The Norm

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Don't wanna be 'smoked' by the ID.

Would like to find out if any of you had this same issue.

Poor workmanship - laying of laminate. Example, peeled off or chipped off here and there.

(sorry can't upload pic as the stupid company firewall blocked the image hosting sites)

What did your ID/contractor do to rectify?

Apply some paint?

Relaminate?

Have not officially handed over to me.

I am checking on defects.

I wouldn't say it is SERIOUS but for the kind of money I paid for carpentry, this kind of sub-standard work is not justifiable.

Informed ID. Carpenter only did a 'paint' over that area.

Other areas with holes, he sticked the same laminate just at the hole.

Is this the norm???
