kimsim 8 Report post Posted December 8, 2014 (edited) Hi, all today for my over a month moved in my resale flat, is a bout 25 yrs old at bukit gombak.I was realised you guys/gals have to take noted on main door opening for standard size at 900mm and kitching door around 800mm wide.After completed my renovation and do a measurement on that door is quite smaller for my electric stuff when loaded in.My fridge depth is around 750mm but end out open the door then can easily slot in & also my sofa was loading in from the window at corridor side, lucky my house not at the corner unit.Also my window grills is fixed for non opening one.. No wonder the contract quote me with sliding opening grills, that is what I learnt from.How bout you guys facing a lot it issue for before never do homework and after bought it is regretted.
