resident1985 0 Report post Posted September 28, 2015 Hdb Home Improvement Program (Hip), my toilet became smaller after the contractor did a concrete overlay on the toilet walls; the Toilet Became Smaller!!This was only today; unfortunately, the concrete has harden - does anybody have any recommendation????
