I don't know whether you have started your renovations. However, you may get a contractor or interior designer to give you the renovation design and plan, sure they will also give you a quote. If you want to save some money, some items like sofa, kitchen and wardrobes you may consider to buy abroad, there is a company I bought from called Builder Union Group, you may click Builder Union to check their website. Their prices are much cheaper each with custom clearance. However, if you need to move in immediately, you have to spend a little more and make your purchase from our local market. I can also send you my home renovation plan and design to you if you really need for reference.
