Ash04 0 Report post Posted November 24, 2016 (edited) Hi, My Wife and myself have recently seen a 4 room flat at Telok Blangah close to Vivo. My Wife seems to like it but I am rather skeptical as the flat is close to 30yrs and asking price is about $450k plus. Have enquired with others and they said it is a good buy as my grants have not been included yet. And there's renovation to be done as well.
