Yes, with the mirror. 

$400 is OK, the mirror cabinet is $250.

I saw a shop selling separately at $400 and $300 without taps

ya i am doing away with the mirror cabinet. just hang a round mirror there can liao.

Please be very careful when you select your laminate from the small tiny sample.

It can be a totally different look on the actual furniture, the small sample is a very bad representation of the actual piece.

I suggest you go to the supplier to look at the actual big piece.

This aquarium cabinet is totally not I wanted.

The grain are so much different from the sample.

aww..shucks.. sorry to hear about that.. did your id give u at least a a4 size sample of the laminate? i also ponder over my choice of laminates for the longest time, hoping that i wouldnt make the wrong choice...but we can only see whether is it a correct choice when all the carpentry is made already..:(

The ID supposed to propose the laminates based on the 3D drawing? I haven start my material selection yet, was wishfully tinking outcome shd be 80% close to 3D

Not her fault, I got the sample from a display and ask her to go ahead.

BTW, my contractor told me they can only submit the Renovation form and indemnity form after the 1st HDB appointment, is that correct?

Or we can submit in advance and hopefully gets the approval for renovation on the day of our first appointment.

I think after you have selected your colour and material than they will do the 3D.

aw shucks... hope you arent too disappointed with it..

not too sure about the hdb part as i took over the flat before start of renovation. hope others can advise!

Finally got my keys.

Now applying for hacking permit and my renovation will starts.

The first residence of the house are my plants.
