CPF Transfer to Special acc or wipeout? Before getting key

Hi all

My bto is coming. Been pondering whether it is better to transfer cpf ordinary account to special account for its 4-5% interest or wipeout to get a lower loan.

Anyone done an analysis before? I tried to do it but seems to be about the same, maybe somewhere is wrong, alot of factors to consider. =x

My loan if wipeout would be ~240k. if transfer to special account ~280k.

Any advice is appreciated

i have a friend who helped me do a calculation and adviced me to put inside a low risk cpf investment so that its nt wiped out. im withdrawing them out to pay my mthly housing instalments now i think its a great idea.
