update on my little project

was browsing through the blogs here when something caught my attention

saw from eh.lephant's blog that she got some yarn at a really cheap price

previously i got similar yarn at around $8 a ball

now she got them only at $0.50 a ball!!!! :bangwall: :bangwall:

rushed down to spotlight at Plaza Sing and grabbed 60 over balls of yarn

going to knit a blanket for myself

but maybe my mum is going to kapo for herself :bleah:

pix of a project using the previous $8/ball yarn

pix of current ongoing project using the $0.50/ball yarn

we took the land package there, which helped us plan most of the days and made all transport and accomodation arrangements for us.

well now i've gone through 10 balls

and the blanket is around 90cm by 90cm

looks like i've got to spend another two weeks to complete it :notti:

i actually made one previously using the $8 ball

was originally made for my mum but sheepcat claimed ownership :P
