Contractor required for TouchUp renovation

Hi I'm looking for a contractor for simple renovation such as fixing and polishing scratched parapet, polishing marble floor in living room, touching up of skirting board (scratches and stains), repainting of walls, fixing of balcony door (slightly faulty), installation of smart lock etc. Just a small 1 bedder condo 53sqm. Any contractors? Thanks.
