For a reasonable budget, wanna buy these things for my new resale 4 rm house.

1. Sofa - Preferably leather, Day-sleep type - Budget 1K

2. Coffee table - Glass top , 200 to 300

3. Dining table - 4 chairs, 300 to 500

4. King size bedframe with leather headrest - 400 to 600

5. King size mattress - 1K

6. Single bed frame, simple 200 to 300

7. Single mattress - 600 to 700

8. Bookshelf with glass swing door - 300 to 400

9. Shoe Cabinet - 200 to 300

10. Study table with chair - 200 to 400

I want to know what are the top 5 showrooms / shops I MUST visit to finalise my purchase. These preferably should have all the above under 1 roof.

Pl. show me in order of preference. Thx.

For your budget and to get everything under one roof, I guess the choices are limited to the following (in no particular order):

Silver River (but a lot of bad reviews)

Brighton

Nova

Novena

The Green

Furniture Warehoue

Ikea

Courts (mayb, but definitely ot Courts Finest)

For a leather sofa under 1K, it is impossible to get genuine leather, probably synthetic or PVC leather. You may want to consider HECOM, Castilla or Lorenzo, maybe can get some pretty good sofa under 1K if you search properly, especially now with the GSS.

You can also try Sungei Kadut area or even Defu area. A lot of furniture warehouses and factories in these areas. Furniture Club in Sungei Kadut may have some items within your budget.

actually i'll strongly recommend hecom (seahorse)

they have everything you mentioned, just not many choices

and the prices are all very reasonable
