Hello Guys,

Just pop-by to IMM and walk in to City Design and Contract. How are they? Anyone to give feedback?

Just got a 3-room resale at Race Course Rd 3'S' corridor unit 63sqm.

I ever signed up with city design but later opt out as I just dun feel comfortable with the sales person

Also got a quotation from them. They are one of my final selection but never use them. Think it's a sub of xxx co.. Arts & Thots was set up last year. I like the botak guy. Dunno if he is still there...he SEEMS pretty reliable and experienced. The reason why I never use them is because they are putting a new guy to handle my project if I ever signed up with them.
