1. Increase In Aircon Bills
Have you been experiencing sky-high utility bills? A rise in air-conditioning expenditure is usually an indication of inefficiency. The 2 most possible reasons are: dirty filters, or blocked condensing coil. If your monthly bills are higher than usual even if your usage hasn’t changed, get the unit checked by a professional.

The AC unit typically produces a bit of water while functioning, but it usually flows out into a floor drain or sump basin. So if you see refrigerant leaking on the floor or water dripping down the wall near your air-conditioning system, it means that there may be clog or breakdown in the tube.

If the time taken to cool is noticeably slower, it means a drop in performance.
