Hehe, actually, my renovation is still not fully completed. We are still waiting for the acrylic boxes to 'shade down' lights in our dining area and Master toilet.

It is just a small thing but since it was designed to have it, we take it that our renovation is not fully completed. Hmm, we have stopped chasing our designer though.

Thanks for the compliment, and many more thanks for reading the blog. My heartfelt gratitude for reading about Ruby too. Yes, we are praying that she is well over at the other end.

Simply, Reiki is another form of alternative healing. To me, it is another form of TCM without the herbs There are just too many to write, or talk, about it. Is there any area specifically that you are keen to find out?

specialist suggested surgery but i do not wan to operate on my neck!

imagine wat might go wrong..

went for acupuncture but doesnt really seem to help as well.

tot of going for the qigong treatment but their number is always engaged n im lazy to go all the way to chinatown. hehe

so pal, will reiki help?

i love those verses as well. have one stuck on my fridge

and the Black and White kitchen - very nice. I'm also having a black and white kitchen. Really hope the end result will be as good as yours =)

I believe reiki energy can help. As its energy is subtle, the healing is also gradual. Meanwhile, and with respect, to change the paradigm of thought will help towards healing. Metaphysically, for CTS, patients are often asked to internalize this phrase into their life:

"I now choose to create a life that is joyous and abundant. I am at ease"

Yup, they are glass panels with screws. We had our contractor to stick a clear glass onto a white painted wood.

Maintenance is easy. Just wipe with wet cloth.

Sorry for the wrong info. My glass panels are not stick to any wood. It is just clear glass painted with white paint. For a non-clear glass on white paint, the result will be greenish.

We are not sure about the damp problem. It was never highlighted to us and hopefully, it will not cause us problem in the long run.
