Hi guys, I just sign the contract for my Unit in Jurong west Blk 861. I got the the Contractor contacts here in renotalk. Need to finish in 1 month. I Hope my renovation will go smoothly & not have lots of problems. I will post here all the updates. Meanwhile below is my quotation & layout, & still waiting for the 3D to finish. Well, it is a HDB to begin with ... There is indeed a TV feature wall, how not to have, wouldn't the TV look boring on just the wall? There isn't any package with our id, the quotation is itemized. I think it's still quite alright, not the level for decor magazines because too much cost went into the rehaul of the whole place. The cost of windows, hacking, railing, electrical wiring are simply killers ...

And whether I replace the sink or not it's my business, nothing to do with you. If you ain't happy with what u see u can don't follow.

Appreciate the honesty but that's truly very rude to talk that way. There's a fine line btwn blunt and coming across as rude. FYI, all designs looks nice when there is NO cutlery, CROCKERIES or utensils. If you don't like it that's not my problem.

what a shame, you have a very very nice floor plan but with the looks of it, it's looking more like a typical ID package, making your awesome place look HDBish. did you go with "package" deals? hope no "feature wall" or fibreglass fountains etc coming up.

Thanks for the quick feedback! Unfortunately the toilet is really tiny! Even shower curtain will have problem AND going to be used by my parents, don't think they will be bothered to pull the curtain. Maybe I need to put the sink outside the toilet and create an area for it..

Hi ccchua22, the day we got our keys.. we straight away went in to our new place to check for defects. all ok..except for the windows locking mechanism..took pictures...will let them know later..can't lock properly. we really dun have the luxury of time..the buyers of our flat quite eager to move in..so we have to double time to get things done.

You can rerun the Aircon piping but I doubt will have much use as it means you need to run the piping to the opposite side due to the placement of the Aircon. If you change the placement of the Aircon unit, you can achieve better trunking. However note that both option will cost quite a bit.
