my parents has a big issue, they sign off on a piece of paper which i assume is a piece quotations and paid $100 as deposit without realizing its a contract. The quotes were handwritten and my dad is illiterate and no one from the company inform and tell him in details its a contract. He did not consult with me when he went down,as for me i assume all along its a quote as its handwritten. Is this the way to hook people without informing properly the terms and conditions and to get sales for the company.Last i check the company was registered in June 2014 and it claim its an associate of chew design. Anyone able to advice me on my next course of action as i find its unfair business practice and preying on un aware personnel especially my parents,I thought of going to CASE.

#Aplaceofourown First time posting my t-blog. Sharing my story of my first house. So here is my 4room floor plan. Mine is a resale flat of 92 square m. This is what I intend to do. - 2 wardrobe, one for master bedroom and one for bedroom 3 - redo the two toilet - redo the cupboard in the kitchen - Brick wall in the living room After much searching for a ID, I finally settle down with one. So my renovating journey begins! I started right after the chinese 8th month (3sept?) and the ID said that he can give me ard the 17Oct. Fingers crossed! =)

Emotion impels men to action. He showed concern thus 'scold' hoping you get 'better' performance in his eye. Better than superiors who don't scold, isn't ? Be positive, at least he 'intervenes' in your work routines, am sure it is much better than he who isolates and stay away from you. By isolating meaning one doesn't wish to establish any relationship - this is real bad. Learn to turn the 'bad feeling' into positive driving force - school can't teach.

More updates. I've decided on several items already: Also bought a rainshower for my master toilet that is quite cheap from Grohe during sales. Only $281 - cheap right? Finally decided on kitchen sink and mixer - was thinking for a long time between overmount or undermount kitchen sink and finally decided to go with overmount to save myself the heart ache in case undermount start to sag after a few years - but undermount looks a million times nicer My sink thickness is 1.2 - thickness is very important. My kitchen faucet - i couldn't choose a fancy one as i have a Tupperware water filter to fit onto it. The base is quite solid so it won't start wobbling after a while - hate it when that happens. Also i managed to squeeze the smallest bathtub ever made into my son's toilet as they both of them keep asking for a bathtub. The moment i talk about their toilets, they both go into a trance and keep repeating bathtub bathtub bathtub. So no choice have to get them one. Here's how the tub will look. Yes we will be putting it the other way so that they don't bump their heads on the bath mixer when they sit in the tub. It's not really a bathtub but i think it will shut them up OK i'm going to makan will update on more stuff when i return - all my taobao purchases, my philips lights and my TV etc. :)

Yes bro, using glass is that I have installed lighting in it. The glass cabinet is for display purpose, will not be messy. Some ancient teapot and wine glasses. It's done, and the long awaited LED rain shower finally installed.

Agreed with you. If they are in the trade for so long, should have gained some form of awareness in the market.

Hi Jaskel, I am planning to add some colors onto my existing homogenous tiles in living area. Planning to only do partial area so I can segregate my dining area from living area. Is this tiles painting suitable for living area? I intend to do the smooth surfacing for my tiles. Can you PM me the contact? Thanks load.
