Any one did any purchase from Royal House (The Rome Gallery) PTE LTD at "MY Home" Fair, Singapore expo during July 2016? My family member purchased one 2 seater sofa. Now the seller "Mr Quinn" is not contactable. He doesn’t response to call or text. He went to the office, it closed. My family member has already made a police report. Wondering any buyer manage to get their purchase item. If your purchase item is not due to delivery, suggest you check the status

This is the best ironing position I can find in my small house. Got fan blowing me and aircon right above me. And lucky I put 2 socket into the carpentry. Now use for fan and iron. I am so lucky the base of ironing board I bought fit perfectly into the groove of my platform bed, which make it more stable while ironing. One bed setup to free up space. Might put a computer into bedroom. Cos I need to setup my sound system in the room as living room will be too loud will disturb neighbours.

Just got my bto recently, like everyone, i was having a hard time to decide whether should i hire a contractor/id. Approach different contractors & ids, I finally settle down with this responsible chinese contractor. He meet me for more than 8 times to explain to me the different materials & works that will be done as I am rather fussy He had work in the industry for more than 30 years, done hdb, condo, commercial & landed and is very patience to source for the stuff that i wanted. He does not have a hdb license but the materials he used is all according to hdb laws & if hacking is involved, his partners (hdb licensed) will be the one doing the hacking to ensure all will be fine. For a 4-room flat, a 33k+ quote is reasonable to me as I had choose some good materials for my housing. Would definitely recommend this contractor as he will provide some cabinets drawing and give good advice which i think is better than some ids. Can pm me for his contact!

I got it via my ID, which cost slightly more than the usual wardrobe. You can visit opsh website and might get a better offer. A few people ask me about my barn door contact. Need to clarify that I am not using the 'standard' barn door wheel track system, as it is too pricy. If I am not wrong, the track itself is already $800+ I am using a sliding track system modify to look like a wheel track, and the total cost including the customize solid wood door cost around $1k+. Will post more review when my door is installed.
