Flat will be handover by this friday. Left some minor touch up & washing. Few things need to monitor 1) Silicon for kitchen cabinet not seal properly for some area. 2) 2 Down light at dinning area slanted( electrician never do measurement) 3) Laminated flooring pop up at entrance of 3 bedroom( minor) 4) Scratched mark on 1 peice of kitchen tile 5) Re-position of Down light at MBR Will post more picture soon

I go for full height feature wall without the console because i intend to get it off the shelf seperately. Can buy a new one if the old one damage....save $ for dismantling. Almost find a console that match my feature wall unfortunately it run out of stock

Hi My carpentery work will start next week which include a TV feature wall but without a suspend console Have been searching around for a TV console without any success. Actually saw one console i like but unfortunately the black colour has run out of stock. Now i'm in the dilemma whether should i have a custom made TV console as well. Worry the suspend console might give way after few years than the whole feature also need to dismantle. Anyone face this problem. pls advise

Heard the seller is required to sign a form for the renovation to proceed before the 2nd appt. Better check to be safe....some agent everything also not sure

Will try to take some pics next week if possible.. We saw a few glass panel light for bathroom but my ID advised to get the cheaper type will do. No tmany people will look at the bathroom light For PLC, we get the 2 x 13 ( $36) although the salesgirl did show us the $23 PLC. Because it is easy to replace the light as compare to 23 which it true after she demo to us....furthermore we do not have alot of PLC, that why my ID advised to ge the $36 PLC
