Hi Cheesecake, Don't worry too much lah... even thought I find that is troublesome... I will still attend the weekday dinner if I am invited loh...

I don't like to attend weekday dinner.... have to rush back from work... go home change ... makeup then go for dinner... very troublesome... then the dinner usually start at 8.45... by the time dinner end... about 11 pm.. go home .. remove makeup change... lay on the bed already 12 am... the next day still need to wake up early go to work... The best day to attend dinner is Sat....

That's SBH... I got my tiles there... but never compare the price lor...

So far so good... I use for more than a year... I read from the paper,,, there is one that come with hot air blower... it is good for raining day... not sure the performance... anyone have it ??

Well... I think so long as he can prove it to U... then is ok lor... eg.. if he only count 20ft in the quoto... and end up he did 24 ft... then U have to pay the extra ft right??

But hor... the supplier kept on telling me that the USED set got nothing to do with CXXXX... I also wonder what happen to all these sets that they got back... Anyway... why I am so unlucky... My friend also got a Washing Machine from them this week... same supplier some more... but she said she got a new set... or they have learn the lesson... I mean they manage to make the set so good that it looks NEW..

But hor... seem like all these sale only have discount for the cheap cheap item... most of the time unable to get anything from there... Anyway I haven't been to Philips sales before... will look out for it... we are looking forward to the same item... which model U are waiting ?? Me too .... I wanted to buy the infra-red pain reliever for quite some time.... but the price seem like is fix... U mean there will be a Oct sale every year ?? where is it ??

Oh... actually I didn't want to pursude the issue so long as they get me a replacement.... I posted here is just to share my experience... never think of taking picture as a proof... Well... the supplier called me this morning and admit that it was their fault ... it got nothing to do with Cxxxxx... but one thing I am not happy was the man told me that only the dust bag was USED before... but when I questioned him why the plastic sheet on the cover was removed and why the instruction book was not sealed in the bag... then he said it might be tested by the oversea supplier when they did the random QC... Anyway... he said they would send some token ... let's see what's that...

This afternoon the set was replaced... confirmed the previous set was USED... because the new set with plastic sheet on the cover... the instruction booklet was still seel in the plastic bag and the dust bag was clean.... But CXXXXX claimed that it was the responsiblities of the vendor... but why many felt that it was CXXXX who sell USED good when I told them the incident ??
