  11. The house that I just bought.. the support is hollow one just wood on the outer layer only. And it lasted for 10 years but I dunno what was the usage like. However the contractors that I brought there did say that it's not good. Must have cement inside. Something like that.

  19. Eh yours are all bold black lines... so will be difficult to get permit approved. You can Apply, they will probably make you pay for a PE (engineer) to go to your house and see... but may not approve still. Good luck!

  21. Yup these are like little "hidden" extra costs. My area is 1050 sqft so.. no joke wor every dollar. haha But we went to look at tiles before and we had our eyes on tiles which were less than $3. so should be quite safe. Thanks for that reminder!!!
