Thanks Nipponho! I didn't think of the painting one. but you're right. bite the bullet and take the homo tiles I guess. I checked out the DIY laminates too!!! I think if it's just a couple living there without pets, they can definitely consider those. They look quite nice also.

I agree that this is a good way! I like agents who take the initiative to follow up and come across as sincere. When you are a buyer, if you like this agetnt, then the chances are high that he/she will be a good agent for you as a seller cos your buyers wun be turned off by him. I've met those very eloquent ones which are a big turn-off.

MMm I like a free standing fridge also, against the wall of course. Somehow I worry that the heat from the fridge spoils things ard them. Esp cabinets which aren't very hardy these days. As for the flexibility issue hehe we'll always keep to a small one. cos never cook so dun have much stuff to keep. MmMm maybe will see to how can adjust.. mm

I've been looking at the papers every Fri, Sat...that's when it's cramped with ads and stuff... but I notice ah... most of them bluff one. If they say the set FROM $399 means only got ONE SET at that price. *faints* the rest are above and sometimes way way way above. I occasionally also take a look at neighbourhood shops and stuff... but it's so hard to buy...

Yup. But i'm beginning to notice... customizing my own reno plans... seem to end up with similiar pricing as the packages people provide. cos when they customise then they make it so ex that you might as well take their package. SIGHHH *headache*

hehehhe the last cabinet next to the sink is a corner one ... the one door will allow you to reach in? Cos my dad thinking of putting some racks there... dunno for what. hahaha so that's why my designs dun occupy that wall hehe it's a 5 room. but fewer of the 5-rooms we saw had this layout. which makes it perfect for us to have 4 bedrooms. we all fell in love with the layout. for some wierd reason dad also likes the first one. my mom as long as she has her washing area she can't care less. mmmm glass panel will make the place look more spacious hor... mm but it'll be more ex? cos need the good quality glass.. mm Will consider. I've seen valuation reports with the seller's and others with the agent's. I think it's whoever paid for it la. Anyway if it's the agent pay for it later on buyer have to return one. that's what happened with mine. seller din wan to pay for valuation then agent went to pay for it cos she found it hard to market without valuation. pengs

Nope. Cos there's 5 of us. And the kids (us) are all grown liao so have our own rooms ba. But will take down the balcony glass and level out the balcony to make the living look bigger
