Kitchen Version 2 After I did this version... then I realised... someone on the forum said that must leave space around the fridge... lol alamak
-
Applefreak.. you read my blog wor?! lol *SHOCK* My blog dates back 2-3 years... very long liao... anyway the starting not nice one very sad sad one. You're right about the grab drink and get out part le... mm Have to rearrange the stuff. But now my kitchen is also fridge>stove>sink. haha dunno why. previous owner put like that. Oh. Cos ah we rarely sit down eat together. Tell you something stupid. Cos usually my bro and I, we'll eat in front of the TV or the com. So during CNY, after we tossed the raw fish salad, my bro and I decided to be a bit more filial that day (cos CNY ma) then we scooped and sat at the table... then... MY PARENTS scooped a bowl of salad each and ran off to their bedroom to watch DVD, leaving us THERE! *pengs* hehe Cos my sis usually not ard and we eat out/buy food back so the kitchen will hardly be used. Thanks for your suggestion le! *back to drawing board*

pinkpetter replied to junye's topic in Renovation Contractors, Interior Designers & Suppliers Reviews

My dad called them ytd to enquire the lady who picked up was quite patient... they chat for a pretty long time so I think the service not bad. -

hehe thanks thanks. Simei This was the layout my mom fell in love with. My dad will only go for square layout. he said odd shape bad for fengshui... that's why we have a tough time looking.. You're right hor... but we wun have ba. cos we rarely use the kitchen. rarely cook. so the basic necessities will do Nopies I think she isn't I just went to examine her card. when we signed the option she got another experienced agent to come and fill in the form (which I also know how to fill) and that agent's card got all the accreditation seals. so I think... maybe borrow that agent's name to log in the application yesterday. cos same company ma. then maybe they same team or what... help each other. sometimes agents do that ba. But it's still wait wait wait

and shower screen in one, shower kerb in the other... nothing much what... Come come we hold hand and wait together.... *keep fingers crossed everything smooth from now on* Congrats on getting married! *blur just realised you just got married*

Cheapest Way To Do Flooring?
pinkpetter replied to pinkpetter's topic in Ceiling, Walls and Flooring Works
definitely considering adoption and not buying. moreover I think getting one much younger than Xiaobai will really cause problems (Xiaobai will be the big boss and prolly bully the new one). So getting one older or same age might be better. But all that have to wait until we settle into the new place. I don't want to have to move two rabbits at one go. I'm already worrying about moving one! She LOVES wires and plastic leaves. She ate my mom's plant. I tried to stop, but the her grandparents (my mom esp) couldn't bear to deprive her. URGHH it's a losing battle. Will take note about that wire thing. I'll probably have to think about that too when we rewire the new house to fit sockets... Thanks for your advice. hehe this should be a Bunny-safe house thread. -
So fast so fast!!! PICTURES!!!!

Renovation: Which Are The Things That Needed To Reno?
pinkpetter replied to kennethcait's topic in RENOVATION WORKS
I'm a newbie here myself ah... but.. I think everyone's needs and wants are different. Some people dun cook so have a very simple kitchen with few cabinets and drawers but they do up the bedrooms very very nicely. Other people entertain all the time and spend plenty on the living/dining area. For me, do floor, plastering of wall, ceiling (if leak/spall), electrical and kitchen cabinet. Because after move in, want to do these very troublesome. Other than that... all the carpentry, lighting, even toilets are ok. My two cents la -
I love the divider and the wardrobe too! the divider is really cool. it's there but not really cutting up the space into two. NICE
-
Wah I love the one for the living/dining... looks classy...

Wah So many Bunnies!!!! My bunny will go home to urinate but she will still poo outside occasionally which we are mostly ok about. She runs about for a few hours twice a day. And when she first came she will slip as she ran about the house also so I guess that's what you mean by getting used to it. hahaha Oh ok. so your entire place is dedicated to your bunnies? so lucky! such a big space. Xiaobai generally has the whole house for about 6 hours a day so she still seems contented. Would love to give her such a big space also. MmmM Looks like homo tiles are really better in this case. MmMm Thanks for this tip. I think super impt le. mmm WAH 8 Bunnies!! I'm thinking of getting mine a companion but mine is a little possessive and got temper one so ... see how. THANKS FOR YOUR VALUABLE ADVICE!!!!! Here's Xiaobai to thank you too!!!! -
Yay Yay YAy I bugged her out of bed to get 16th Oct!! We've got 16th OCT!!! *talking to myself* Feeling super happy now. hahahahahahhaa

I'm curious... After the application has been logged in, we were told that HDB will arrange an appt with the sellers to go and inspect for leakages and unapproved unalterations, etc. After which the seller is expected to rectify the problems. So is there a report from HDB after this first inspection? Will the buyers get to see the report? I say Thank you first
-
Oh yes I went to check! I didn't know there is such thing! I'm going to confront her about this. Thanks for telling me!! Thank you! *keeping fingers crossed* Wah you very patient le. I didn't know she's not on the SAEA scheme wor! Means she's not accredited la! no wonder everything also don't know. She didn't even know how to fill in the form. I had to tell her! Alamak. *faints* You're very patient le. But I'm not sure I can afford to be this patient. Cos I cannot take leave one. only got block leave, cannot choose. So must aim to have renovation and moving of house during nov-dec period. Urgh going to harrass her now. Thanks for sharing that bit of info! Yup! *keeping fingers crossed*
-
*sigh* As of now, we told her to call HDB and try to push for another date. Her delays cost us money and my leave cos we have everything planned to a T. Really pissed with her. I'm going to harrass her today.
