HI welcome! ... mm if you're really concerned about the cash part.. why not do away with some things? Like the veneer doors, the mirror at the dining area, the 19ft L-shape wardrobe... These things can be done later with minimal fuss. Do the stuff which cannot be done after you move in. The rest you slowly do lor. It IS quite expensive for a 3-room. Economy not good.... Also I noticed that you mentioned you're using different contractors.. then the quotation is still so high?

Din want to disturb him... The Master toilet left one wall untiled. YAY! They also started tiling the common toilet... but I couldn't take a picture cos of the newly set kitchen tiles. lalalalallalaa
