Visited the office and agreed to send me quote. Now call up the id HP, din pickup. Email also din return. If my budget is not enough, should at least return call to tell me that. Really very disappointed with HC-interior.

Does your premium flat comes with ceremic tiles for living/dinning?? Did you hack and replace with homo? Can share your experience with me on this? I'm thinking of replacing my ceramic tiles with homo ... but $$.

Just to share my experience when i visited their office. The Id entertained me seems inexperience. The packages are not cheap and with hidden cost. If you refer to their resales package, laying of homo tiles is included but hacking existing tiles is not included - hidden cost... I read from this forum which seems can bargin alot or many FOC... but in contrast, thst ID served me seems like not much bargins allow and no FOCs... asked him for toliet accessories if i sign up the packages 20k++ also cannot. ... Anyway, i am waiting the 2nd quotation from them, but i doubt it will fit into my budget... Geryl, Who is your ID?

It takes 3 weeks for them to send me the quote. And when i called them, the Id said he is not free to meet me and does not even ofter to fix an appointment when he's free.... it seems to me he is either a very busy man or he is not interested for my low budget renovation....

Do not allow 5% for job completion... bargain with the ID... bargain for 25-30% payment for the completion in case they do not do a proper job... And i believe this 25-30% is their profit.

Any comments on Defong? I visited their office. I seems like a one-man show. But the boss seems very sincere than the rest who i had met.

I visited their office. The chinese guy seems to have forgotten about our appointment. And every item i asked he has to search up and down for the catalogue which shows he is a very unorganized person and wasn't prepared. Anyway, the design looks so dull and old fashion to me... The quote is also not cheap.

30k Budget is alot. My budget for 5 room resales is only $24k. And i receiving a few quotes which meet my budget. I received quote from Defong, which is very cheap ... i doing research on this id before deciding to choose them as my id.
