my fsm told me to place water feature/aqurium(sitting north, facing south) in front of my door(sitting south, facing north) with moving water facing(south) towards my door/house which symbols weath pouring in. is tis true?

Basically water feature or aquarium facing the main door with water flowing towards main door means water(represents money) flowing out of your house. Better have no plus FS benefits than to do more harm by wrong placements, right ? Hope you dun get a lousy FSM.

I've consulted 1 fsm 2 times in the past 5 yrs before renovating. 1st time, I really had a 180 degrees change of luck. like strick $D, always pick up $ from the floor. That when I start to believe in fs. But the 2nd time I moved to a new place, the same fsm gave me totally different advice, different colors, direction (I did not ask him y so different from last time, just want to c what turns out this time). he kept on saying that fsm have to keep on upgrading themselves, blar...... So if bad lucks fail for me, I'm going to follow his 1st time advice which brings me better luck. Will update how my luck turns out after renovation. Stay strong!

Basic fs tips are bed should face BR/toilet door, stove should face sink, doors/windows should not direct face east or west, toilet facing............. these info you can easily get from books or internet More detail tips will need your ba zhi to calculate arrangment suitable for you

I got my HLE in april(not including the time I waited for the HLE) and only got to transfer ownership in August when my HLE had expired(HDB say is ok). Some HDB employees just work super slow or maybe they dump your documents aside. You just have to keep rushing them. Email, phonecalls, resubmit documents and go down if you have to, no choice loh.

Why don't you apply for the HLE 1st to know how much you can borrow. HDB might not even grant you full 90%.
