Hmm, I found myself a little overweight last year through the annual medical check up (with the BMI thing), then started to exercise since last December (in SAFRA gym). And now, I am 9kg lighter...

Actually, your little "drama" could bring you to fame. They might "publicise" for you and you would become the new star of your neighbourhood. Haha... At least they might look up to you to seek reno ideas and contacts, which you can use it to build good and friendly neighbour-relationship (maybe get discount for yourself). Update 11 Today was quite "exciting" for me, as I finally shifted my plasma TV over. This is the only bulky item that requires help, the rest of the shifting is all DIY. After setting up, I was so worried that the image will be compromised (as discussed earlier that those houses with 5 cable points, the image is not clear), but luckily, it was not that bad at all. Please pardon the "very bare area" around my TV console as I still have not make any trip to shop/buy some decorative items to spice up that area to look nicer… Here are 3 screen shots of the TV.
