  1. Since its a 2-man show, it doesnt really matter who is the in-charge i guess. I think they are more focused on the furniture store than renovation. They just opened a new showroom at Genting Lane recently.
  2. Just to check the mirror is a storage cupboard as well? If yes, do check the depth. For my hse, we have something like that in the MBR toilet but we find the storage cupboard a bit protruding out... affect the usage of the sink slightly...
  3. 26000 BTU for living room? I thot typically, pple only put 18000 BTU for living room. The Daikin non-inverter sys 4's compressor is only 21,500 (+-), so cannot support something like 26000 BTU. Its usually for pple with 3x9000 and 1x 18000 Note that you cant on the bedroom when u on the lving room unit... unless living room unit is sufficiently cold already.
  4. Thanks... not sure if the steps work though... General understanding is that we cannot use bleach or strong cleaning agent on granite top... so pretty, so diff to maintain... (I have only moved in for 1.5 mths)... My ID actually told me its better than solid top, can put hot stuff etc... seems to be rubbish when i check against the web...
  5. Faint.... thanks then....
  6. Serious, the stain get "soaked in" to the layer. Yoongf, any recommendation? Disffusion method work? By putting a wet cloth on top for say 30 mins, hope the stain "disfuses" to cloth, repeat the cycle a few time? Or a less-dense(but evaporate fast) liquid is better? Thanks. Seriously, I dun rem putting anything "corrosive" on the granite top. What type of thing can result in such stain? Even if cannot clean, I need to know how not to aggravate it. Thanks for advice.
  7. Hi all I found some stains on my black granite top... like water mark from cups since there are circular in shape. Cant seem to clean it off. Any advice? Thanks.
  8. Any good and reliable contractor for window and grill (powdered coated) for the service yard? Approx 2-2.4m in length.
  9. Thanks Vicenzo. I hope there is no restriction as my TV is not wall-mounted.
  10. My ID installed one for me... It resist the motion only. If you push hard enuff, the whole thing will still go there... It was for my MBR toilet door.
  11. Thanks Vicenzo. IF 3.1 means have a sub-woofer, then I am ok to it. I thought the (.1) refers to sub-woofer already. Budget not more than $800 if possible.
  12. any recommendation for a 2.1 system? Planning to get something simple yet decent. Likely to be used for movies and watching TV only. Tahnks.
