sama sama....when we just got the 1st apt, hubby and me already been to sungei kadut and imm a few times...after which balestier and jalan besar... very fun la....really enjoyed though tiring...

not much design, i also had the mindset they tend to set prices higher there....its good if you want to look and see as all at one place...easier... sungei kadut better if you driving....even walking from one factory to the other one i find tiring..and HOT!!!

i've seen ron's sofa not bad from seahorse...price quite reasonable.... if you have the time going to sungei kadut, lots of factory outlets....another place quite popular is the s&c at ang mo kio... malaysia should be cheaper...one thing exchange rate and also probably no need to pay GST......the only thing i feel inconvenient is if anything wrong with the product, not easy to get after sales service....initially wanted to get lights from there, but because of the hassle of going in and exchanging goods just in case suay changed my mind....
