complain to jurong town council also useless, the officer never come to check. this entire block too dampness, ground floor wall got black mold, much dirty than other hdb flat. upperstair people is a sweeper and collect boxes and newspaper for living, poor family. The JTC cleaner never sweeping floor everyday. outside corridor wall got bugs and green mold, outside corridor pipe at night crickle noisy sound. at night got bird sound. i still have 1.5 yr meet 5yrs MOP so now i can't sell away the flat. my skin easy get rashes.
