I used to surf feng shui websites forums and talked to many 'experts'. Usually they are 'senior' level, got a lot of posts, very active giving advises or even moderatorzzz themselves. Sometimes they go by the name of Aunty 'this" and aunty "that" lar......you know what hor.....their advises not only never work but make your life even more miserable. Some of you who got "it" can share here lor.........

One more thing to observe also......if the fsm got shop, check history if any of his shop or other branch got close down. If so, what does it tell you? Aiyo....if master proclaimzzz to be a feng shui expert yet his own shop also cannot save or prosper......good luck hor if you want to have your house feng shui checked by him.

Aiyo.....its not good lor......if your latrine is hidden, not as bad lor. Got face sofa or dining or not har? Use a beads curtain to cover. I'm not expert so you better ask a few more hor.....

Shame??? Aiyo....they so thick skin.....how to??? Last time got someone share newspaper cuttings of fsms got problems with Iras, go to court for selling inferior stuffs, keep mistressezzz....aiyo where do they know shame? Now they are still doing business hor.....

Let me share one of the most complains from forumers. This lady fsm appears in magazine columnzzzz. She gives advise on feng shui and others. She has shop selling fs items. Many who complained to me were ladies. They went to her for bazi reading and everyone of them were told about the same thing. Either their husband or boyfriend got tao hua or they won't be able to find a partner for life. EVERYTIME the solution is to purchase an item from her to remedy. Aiyo, those who paid for the items range from average $500 (I heard some gals said when they didn't buy, she showed a black face and cut short the conversation) to usually more than $3000. Its been quite a long time. Some shared to me there were no improvements till now. Some others have divorced. Gals......pleasezzzz be careful horrrrr

When a fsm learn from other masters, usually in their website, they will display something. For new age feng shui, usually they have a cert. For others, definitely they won't miss out taking photozz. Last time, a gal promoter came to tell me how good is the health product. The presentation was very good but after trying, diarrhea. Aiyo....that was a bad period.....Another friend who have used a certain brand of health product, recommended me. I tried and really my appetite went up..... So its still better to be direct experience from your neighbour or friend.

Aiyo.....what I miss? Can add to your list? In my early personal experience, I feel that we need to be careful with those young ones or just started not long in feng shui. There will alwayzzzz be the debate or reasoning the young ones may have the knowledge. To assume that knowledge can overcome the missing link of experience is nonsensezzz. The young in age usually don't have enough life experiences (marriage, dating, children, investments, quarrels, others). During my house feng shui audit frenzy, I engaged one handsome young fsm. He advised me to place a water feature to activate my wealth. This was according to flying stars and during then, I had some knowledge .....agreed. Later, not long, many unpleasant thingzzzz happened. Which after engaging another more elderly experienced fsm, found and explained to me that the placement was wrong.

Aiyo if worried, don't get any loh.......if after staying no problem .....save up your money. If got problem, then look for fsm again loh.

Yes loh.....Yun , not You. Heard You long zhi sometime ago started asking people to join memberships. My relative was asked to pay in advance so that its cheaper for her to do every year. Heard his change name ok but house feng shui? You try then let me know hehehe...... Just like the Phang that ask people to commit donationzz every month........ aiyo, now almost all his YZX shops disappeared.

I saw a few bazi. Some talk, some don't. For me hor....I just want to hear resultzzz. No point hearing all those 'gods' and can't tell me what happen. Might as well read books or print from website.

If you engage the fsm, you should follow lor...... if you don't like, then engage another one lor.....or don't follow anything lor
