yo bro just received a PM from the guy in charge of the MO, he told me that he have placed the order and are left with 7 units so if anyone is interested, they should PM him to let him know and trsf a non-refundable $10 deposit to him just to confirm that ppl wont run away after placing the order. oh btw the price is $75 as he ordered lesser this time round.

oh cos the glass piece is secured by a screw nia and over time the screw will be loose which my wife not aware of so if you do not want the glass to drop hor, try to check the screw securing the glass once in a while and try to tighten it

ya lor bo pian and jason also very chin chye cos some of my toilet tiles cost $5.5 psf but he only charge me extra for the mosaic nia and the only regret is that the main white wall tiles which my wife selected initially is OOS so bo pian select another, hopefully it will look equally nice cos my wife loves the initial white tiles

i also dishwasher for my other half leh cos everytime when she wash hor, my whole sink area will be wet and in the end i will need to go wipe clean the only time i do not wash is after i cook cos take turn mah since she do not know how to cook, i will cook and she will do the washing after that hahahaha eh personally i also do not think there's a need to waste $$ and space to have a dishwasher leh

eh cos now i'm staying like 15 mins walk to my office but i still drive to work Wahahahaha
