*Update - some minor updates Our corridor view... Debris have been cleared finally,quite an eyesore before... This is where a glass panel will be fixed in place of usual concrete wall,hope it will make our place look more spacious.. Our wooden platform base,skillfully done up by carpentry master...

thanks for advice =) auto-pilot i dun mind but i seriously doubt so as he always consult us on smallest issues,more likely caused by his poor coordination with his workers that caused such major cockup...i may just forgive him if he just own up and offer a simple apology but he has the cheek to defiantly claim that there is nothing wrong,man i hate that... Speaking of rectifiable,i doubt so ... it entails major redoing affecting false-ceiling,flooring and partitioning..costing is one thing but time is of essence as well..just cant accept the fact that we ll have to keep receiving crappy mistakes along the way. Haiz we ll just play by the ear and see how it goes...

simon bro,dun take the blame for henry cos u r just trying to do him a favor i never blame u anyway cos its our decision to engage him after much deliberations ... and i understand errors are common in renovation considering the complexity of our project but the mistakes in question are simply caused due to his poor coordination / negligence judging by the fact that all these could be easily prevented by exercising due care...you know what bro,today when my wife called n query him about our concern on ways to resolve installation of roller blind (which he had once again overlooked and cited of ignorance ) now that he had done up our glass partition without leaving any allowance for our blinds...his reply was : i wasnt told about this before,this is your problem not mine - in the most nonchalant tone ,didnt even try to resolve our issue,even turned down our solution straight even though it is confirmed viable ...was utterly disappointed with his poor attitude dude

thanks for kind consolations bro...guess we gota keep our cool and pray hard no more cockups le...i wish i could keep an eye over their progress,now i understand why ID firms charge premium for their expertise and peace of mind...

Seriously bro, me & my wife are starting to be rather turn off by Henry incompetency,it might be due to his over-whelming work on hand or whatever excuses.We paid him good $ (not to mention his price is about the same elsewhere )to do up our house to our basic requirements (which we had discuss at length over a number of meetings over the months)without expecting fantastic results.What we received so far had been most disappointing judging by the way he handle our complains,displaying his enormous ego keep pushing responsibility in the most unapologetic tone - what annoys us most is his library of excuses which simply puts him in a faultless immunity state. For those would be renovators,kindly re-visit my T-blog under all Update sections for details tomorrow... i ll be updating all the cockups 1 by 1 in details tonight for all to judge.For his incompetency, our confidence in his professionism has been completely shattered beyond repair. We appreciate any constructive advices on our next course of actions based on current development.

Updates - Upload of materials n patching works Glass panels + fixtures on standby for our MBR / living partition. Door frame up in position with cement floor screed done as well finally. Vanity area done up with peach colored heavy duty tiles. MBR toilet side wall made flat ready for installing of tempered glass panel n door. Today we seek out our own air-con contractor to dismantle cum coverup with white painted plywood since henry's air-con man is unavailable.
