Hi, Heard of a fren that he engage a company to do the drafting of his home... Then use the drawings to engage contractor to use their ideal dimensions rather than use the contractors... as the contractors usually use more material than expected... I saw the drawings, looks decent and easy to understand... did anyone use such drafting companies to design their home rather than using Interior Design Firm which is an exorbitant amount... I was shocked that he spend less than 17k in total for his reno... and feel happy that he get what he wants for his new home... So anyone used the company before? Please advise me thanks... and sharing...

its just not gd for health as the bad 'Qi' flow around at floor level. so if your platform is around 2 steps higher den the ground instead of one shall be fine.

talking about evil thing hiding in the partition area is also true... to make it free of evil... you can ask the contractor to tap the lighting of the wardrobe to the mbr lighting... so when you on the light.... the wardrobe will also on... or separate lighting... but the one in the wardrobe will be need to light up every night u go to sleep... so tat evil stay away from light up area... more lighting in the sense will keep evil away...

its very true tat 'fang zhong fang' will cos the male owner have another female companion outside of home. its advisable tat you don fix up the door for that partition area... so its not 'fang zhong fang' already

Ok, first of all 座北 meaning where i you hse located? example... you live in Yishun, meaning you are positioning at north (座北)... 朝南 meaning the main door of your hse, when you are standing in the house looking outwards to South. Hope it helps...

i do believe there are plenty of Cheats nowadays due to the economy down turn... Before you engage any FSM... do a self search in Feng shui in youtube or website... before you get cheated with simple and not constructive advises....
