i was not around when they doing it...but when i back during wkend to check, it was done! according to ID, he got another tiler to 'repair' the grout-line....becos when he asked the original tiler to re-do (that time i was ard), the tiler also insist is the acid wash, not his fault, so he not going to re-do.....tink he no choice...get another one to do it.... but u say ur ID changed to a chinese guy, right? shld be easier to talk to.... dun pay yet....wait till things r done dan u pay them off....

oohhh....due to acid wash....this sound familiar....the tiler who the ID asked to see me, oso said it's due to washing....i oso dun care...i wan him to fix the issue....as a comsumer, we paid n we shld get what we shld hv....if the issue was caused by me, i got no arguing ground but we haven even stay there, how will it caused by us??? LL, he got to do it, that's y he found another tiler to do it.... hope your prob solve asap....

hihi Mrs SGBuzz, get ur ID (Hamed) to do the grouting again....that time mine also, i requested him to get it done becos how can be two color....he ask the tiler to come back n do....tiler gave excuse and say that it's like that....one....they think we layman ahhh...dunnu all these...i so i called Hamed n 'bark' till he buay tahan....he get another tiler to help him...actually mine not that much diff....small portion in kitchen n small portion in common toilet.... ur painter from ID? or u separately engaged ur own painter?

hi everyone, i m back.... :rofl: hope everyone got a wonderful n enjoyable CNY!!!! just some update....bot a few items but managed to take fotos of two.... bot n installed my living room celling fan....we bot Amosco...compared with Alpha brand...in the end, hubby decided to take amosco.... i did not use CJ-bro's method in using the plant to cammo the wire, hubby wanted to get a sound bar, soo just nice that it play the part in hiding the wire...hahahhaa....heng arrr....

can put, can put....but not sure solid top sink how durable...if can spent...use granite lagi better.... it's lke a mould thing...c how big u wan it to be...if i dun hv $$ constraint, i sure do it mann...

mine is the partion type...one side big...one side small.... just went to my ex-colleague's hse during cny....saw her sink...she get her ID to do a solid top sink...meaning no gap @ all, no need selant....is that ex to do it this way? looks nice and confirm no worry for water seep lol....am i right?

u regret choosing black solid top??? dan i double ur regret lol....i got black solid top + the top mount sink..... :~:~:~:~ overall still ok lah....but now still fresh mah....must c long term lol how it goes lol... already being welcomed by 1st prob after staying there for 2mths....mbr WC leaking lol..... it does not stop refilling water after flushing....agent coming to change the parts this sat....haiz~~~ angteko-bro.....do consider under-mount sink.....
