  1. Bro, where can I get this plant, has been looking high & low, wet market got sell the "stem". I was looking for those stem with some roots, but all not roots le.

  4. Wow lau, yr area got intelligent cats know how to take lift. Lemongrass is effective to "chase" those small animals and insects away. They can't tahan the strong smell. Don't know why the Thai like it so much. The easier way is , go to chinese medical hall & buy the lemonglass oil (tube with a roller ball), roll one round to all yr plant (like monkey Sun draws a circle for his master to stay within, all devil cannot go in ), no animal/insects dares not go in. Remember to make a semi circle to protect yr door entrance too hor!

  10. I received no formal training on this, have read a few bks before, and after that have also paid some attention/observations to ppls' inner palm. Noticed that: - Those "blue collar" ppls' palm lines tend to be "thin", "many", "messy".   14. I got motocycle accidentssss too, kena sent to hospital by Ambulance. I got car accidentssss also, boynet went up, windscreen broken, son flew out. Right palm got electric burnt, MC 16 days.   15. According to the "traditions", you're right on the General & animals. While study the mathermatic of Chinese Calender, I realised Chinese do not have a continuous year count. Every 60 year repeats a cycle. Unlike the western calender which counts from the birth of Juses Christ, till now is 2010 yr. Many scholars tried to traced back which is the yr 0(chinese calendar), but up till today has no conclusion. By legend, chinese calender was invented by Yellow Emperor (2697BC - 2637BC) who remained as a mythological figure. If we follow this legend, then the chinese calender up till today has history of 4647 yr, or the sexagenary cycle have been repeated 77 times!. Back to your queries, that's not my formular, just merely a reply from a Master in a china web, why not +2, +4...? I'm also very doubtful to these formular.   16. Your concern should be WHEN the CASH & CPF will reach you for selling:(if buyer take HDB loan, then I'm not too sure) 1. 1% cash immediate, after u give seller OTP 2. Cheque reach you on 2nd appointment. CPF acct, I think abt within 7 days after 2nd appointment. Ppl take "bridging loan" -which comes as "optional" when you apply mortgage loan for new purchase, maximum allowable is 15% of valuation. This loan can "tide" you over while you waiting for the CASH & CPF $ from your sales of "old home". This loan charges at abt 6+% pa right now. If, say B loan=$150k for 6months. 6 month's interest~ $4500. So must plan properly.

If one meets, while the other one can't meet, then the first one must set aside $123,000 (100%), any balance in OA then can be used. Your spouse can only sit & watch = can't help.

So far Citibank, DBS, UOB have approved house loan, eyeing my pocket with saliava dripping mouth, even offer to come to my home tonight leh. Tell u a "secret": Before marry, wife was staying at the "1rm 1/2 hall" hdb rented, she wished to have a owned hdb after marry, so we joined hand, wish fulfilled. See ppl stay at L99 condo very shiok, join hand again, dream fullfilled. She concluded maintenain fee "expensive" and children tired of the facilities, so shifted to present's hdb resale. Now, greed grows, she wants to own F/H. Bopian, I follow her lor. I guess the next target will be "landed"- where I "originally" come from - those zinc roof wooden house with cement floor, surrounded with many coconut, mango, rambutan, durian....trees. I just fond of D15 district Why now still "dare to go" into proty? - Global eco, USA, Europe unlikely to recover from "injuries" and become "fit to run" within 1~3yr. - Borrowing cost is so low and so "attractive" - chance hard to come by! That was why I don't buy resale L99 condo for rental. - Those recently announced BTO, GLS for private , take ~ min 4 ~5 yrs to be fit for stay. - S'pore is land scared, Immigrant is the prime mover, will keep going for a few years, create the demand for housing needs. - Resale may be facing some volume & price resistance. - Developers are very unlikely to axe price now or even till end of the yr. - Our west "big brother" looks like seriously injured, now till in ICU, any shocking news can be expected. -West "2nd brother" also had a great fall, take years to get up right. - East "big brother" also suffered, financial industry very messy, looking for "outlets" to vent the "waste". - Local developers, recongised the trend, all join hand and chiong to "eat" the cake offered by east big brother. - Do not "overlook" the "rich" from China & India - come like hungry tigers, wherever they go, left nothing. - So, want to buy or not?
