When a matter's electrons in one orbit jump to another orbit, causes matter change, same time gives off energy wave in the form of electromagnetic radiation. Light from sun to earth is travelled through electromagnetic radiation. Radioactive materials used in nuclear power plant, carry hugh energy in one particle & these materials' properties are very unstable as it keeps radiating out energy in the form of radiation which caused living things' cells structure to change. These radio-active particles are carried in the clouds, in this instance. Clouds move by wind. Clouds cool and form water droplets, when droplets are heavy enough it becomes rain. It is wind that blows the clouds..... It is possible.....but "chance" are dim.

Singapore law requires the word "specialist" be removed from all TCM practioners' clinic, namecard, advertisement....why? You should know better. I would have kept my mouth shut if he/she is "just" my neighbour, unless he/she ask for recommendtion. Good intention at first might end with ill effects.....

FSMs should take a more proactive approach by designing an auto close/open wc cover and a auto tiolet door. Should displace this product in their fs shops, business sure boom.

Just ignor others' "cold water", remain the heart warm, keep the driving force within on and strong. Remarks: Learning is a process of " 不入虎穴,焉得虎子", only after entering the cave, one can realise if there is any "treasure" there. Most ppls just love "singing songs" at foot of mountain & have no courage to enter the cave. I've heard too many songs, just fond of this: "Let it be".

One "gua" or hexagram, consists of 6-level 爻. 爻 is the smallest basic unit of forming a hexagram. The "erection" or "formation" of 爻 is "bottom up". Each 爻 is either a "yin" or "yang". Like binary system, 2 to the power of 6, total possible combination = 64, 000000, 00001, 000010, 000011, etc etc.. no big secret or difficulty. I-ching must be read in a "leisure" mood, like reading love story. Try to understand the "理" & "象" and the "cycle" concept from 少阳 to 老阳 to 少阴 to 老阴 then 少阳 again. Same as sunrise, noon, sunset, night then repeat again. 6爻 x 64 hexagram = 384. 360 deg/384 gives 0.9375. I can't say it is wrong. Remember, forming of "gua" is bottom up of 爻. I-ching stresses "change", everything change, change change. Worth to take note: Actually there is no big deal abt the 64 hexagram, ppls have over-described it. Those in IT will know that CPU's address were from 8bit, to 16bit, then to 32bit, now 64 bit per address, etc etc. More bit more "powerful", or more combination, that's all. Bagua is 2 to the power of 3 = 8 combinations = 3-level 爻. 000, 001,010, 011, 100, 101,110, 111, that's all. Don't over-complicated it. Try adopt using 20: 80 rule to read an article, a book..., you will have an over-all picture and able to extract the 20% "essence" and thrash away the 80% "rubbish". Ask: why don't a hexagram be formed by a 8-level, 16-level or even 32-level of 爻, that would be interesting. 第一卦 乾 乾为天 乾上乾下....初九:潜龙,勿用.....

I've mentioned a few times, Luopan is basically made up of a permanent magnet with many movable reference "rings". A round has 360 degress. The so called void lines = 360/24=between every 15 degree as according to Mae's picture. Why every 15 degree ? why not 360/64 = every 5.625 deg ? - Again, I have mentioned, magnetic poles on earth are not "static", they are dynamic, therefore the needle on luopan also becomes "dynamic". - Standing at pos A facing front door, luopan give you reading A. Standing at pos B facing front door, luopan give you reading B. Therefore it is very manipulative to purposely stand at a pos to let the needle to point at cetain facing, on void lines. - Luopan within present's HDB unit cannot work properly. I have tried. Because of too many stray cables of different strength of alternating frequencies and electromagnetic field and steel frames that distore that natural magnetic lines present in the open space within an hdb unit. Don't believe? You can always challenge a fsm on this.

No high or low views, only neutral view: 1. For number of strokes for characters, ask oneself: why take only "complicated strokes" but no "simplfy strokes". What logic/rational/observation is that? 2. Chinese characters generate "interests" thereafter "impacts" among those who understand chinese characters. An angmoh who doesn't understands chinese, though knowing that one is a chinese, careless abt the strokes/meaning of the characters, not to mention he would generate any "interests" or "impacts" on that person. Same applies for the other races & languages. 3. 5 elements having "intensity" identification problem. Those who know TCM will understand what I mean. Wrong amount used will have its opposite effects. There is no "unit" assigned to 5 elements, unlike weight(kg), height(cm), voltage(V), price($), etc etc. How to justify a name, say with "water" content is suitable for one who lacks water in 4 pillars? Example: 洋,河,水,泣 which is "better". On many occassion(taiwan, shanghai immersion programmes, among teachers of pri & sec, colleagues etc etc)when they saw my son's chinese name - all praised le, though a bit difficult in writing(many strokes), very meaningful and easy to "store" into others' brains. I elaborated him the meanings of the 2 characters in details and my "wish" onto him.

Just trying to give a scientific, logical yet hahaha "rational" mah, anyway, it is true that most fishes have no eyelids and eyes open big big 24 hr a day, and they are sensitive to seasons change(temperature, light, atmospheric pressure changes). You very Hiong, I supposed yr completion time was till within 8wks from 1st appointment date, even after the so called delay. Unless there is a doc, legal issue which make either party can't produce the required doc in time (at 2nd appt date)for the handover,then, HDB will grant extension. Example: property title deed, physical body not in Singapore due to urgent....(must inform hdb before 2nd appt date due)

Being Played Out By Seller's Agent...

I've mentioned a few times: From OTP sign date to resale application submission date, maximum days allowed is 90 days, read clause 11 in OTP. 1st appt date to 2nd appt date, maximum is 8 wk, cluse 12. Only HDB reserves rights to extend this date, otherwise the OTP doc is automatically void and the rightful party can seek compensation from the party at fault. Once OTP option fee($1k)paid, seller cannot offer to other buyers, have to wait for another 14 days, within such buyer arrange for mortgage loan and sign OTP within 14 days. Believed seller is looking for place to stay, so ask for 30 days ONLY. He has right to put this figure to 90 days. At least yr agents have mentioned this clause to you, most seller agents "act blurr" and put maximum 90 days to maximise seller's advantage & buyers mostly blurr blurr do not about this and find out later & start jumping...... 1) If I were to delay one more month, I have to extend one more month stay at here. Should I claim them for my rental fee? Answer is obviously a NO. Unless, as mentioned when 8wk is reached & seller cannot hand over the unit, then u can seek compensation. 2) I have to postpone my renovation too, so is this consider another opportunity cost or whatever? If seller is kind enough, allow you to start reno before completion date, he has to sign a idenmity form. I doubt the seller will do this. 3) Is there any legal act or clauses protect buyer's interest in this case? Residential Property Act CPF Act HDB Regulations Common laws 4) In any case, if the bridging loan fail and my buyer still looking around, can we break off this deal? Who should compensate who in this case? We had our bank loan ready and gonna start soon even they haven't move out yet. Seller is not at fault at this point of time, buyer has to estimate the timings for quite many events chun chun. Usually bank related loans' disbursement commencing time is quite negotiable, as long as you produce some proof, and don't cancel the loan. Only bank can give you confirmed answer. -
Seller nor buyer has right to extend 2nd appt more than 8 wk from 1st appt, anytiming longer than 8 wk caused by solely either party will void the OTP, meaning whole transaction voids. Of course, the other party will seek compensation. ONLY HDB has the right to extend beyond more than 8 wk. Talk to HDB, give solid reason to extend.

The only tool you have is to delay the completion date, 8 weeks from 1st appointment, this is your "right". Give whatever reasons/excuse to hdb, make sure fix the completion date till the last day of 8 wk from 1st appointment. Read your OTP clause 12. What late interest?? On what condition need to pay "late interest"?? HDB will not recognise the "1 month extension stay". Your agent jolly know this well, yet mislead you, cut his commission lah. Take the money saved to rent place to stay.
