no point lah. copper is much better than pvc. ppl spend hundreds of dollars to change from pvc to copper and not the other way round. chaning from copper to pvc is like changing a BMW to a toyota.

You can always put a joint and extend. no problem. however, with more joints, got slightly higher chance of water leaks over time but ok 1. can be fixed by replacing the white piping tape and re-tightened.

I believe copper pipes can last for many many years. we have not changed our copper pipes at our old hse for more than 20 years. if some of the corners are using joints, perhaps from time to time there maybe some leaks, but u just need to change the 'white tape' ( or whatever u call it) and tighten back. that's it. no need to worry.

A new door directly from a carpenter should cost around $60 +/-.

hi Apple, Can I check with you - is your sink support using homogenious tiles ? if so, is it difficult to maintain ? does it get stains very easily ? oso, does the grouting between tiles get dirty easily ? For my new place, my mum is considering doing tiles support for sink & stove cos it should be able to last longer. However, our kitchen may look very old-fashioned and also worried about the maintenance part. Joseph

I was comparing between perfecta, maxcoil & Orthorest, etc.. . In the end , I bought Orthorest reflection as it is the most cost effective of them all. It 's quite comfortable, however please note that memory foam mattress is a bit hot, got 2 on fan or air-con most of the time. PM me know if you need to know where to buy - there are a few places in sg tat sells mattresses at reasonable prices.

Please note that the LA37R81b , dynamic contrast of 8000:1 when converted to actual contrast, is about 1600:1. When looking at the specifications of TV contrast, be sure to find out if the stated contrast is actual( typical) or dynamic. The ratio is approx. 5:1.
