maybe we can do a comparison on the setup cost since citygas is charging based on usage I guess if use LPG, theres some deposit or setup fee required? If use Citygas then they might have admin fee and charges to run the pipe to your kitchen cabinet??

hi Jaskel, do we paint before doing electrical rewiring or after that? If we paint after doing electrical rewiring then it will not be so nice if the painter accidentally paint the cable casing right? So better to do before electrical rewiring?

Hi Velv, would like to check on cement screed and waterproofing. -how long does it takes for the cement screed to dry before we can lay the water proofing to the screeded floor? a few hrs or 1, 2 days? -how long does it takes for the water proofing to dry? before applying another layer of water proofing or start tiling?

Can anyone share with me if I were to overlay the kitchen floor with tiles without hacking: - Do i need to apply water-proofing before the tiles are being overlay on the existing ones? - Compare doing hacking of existing kitchen floor tiles then laying of new tiles to overlaying, which one will be better in the long run (i mean to ask which one will be less prone to future problem like leaking to the below unit). If i will to do cement screed over the kitchen wall tiles, what are some possible future problems that I can face? For a 30 years old flat, I am considering to do plastering for the whole unit. If I do not do plastering and decide to paint a few more coating of paint over the wall. Hi peeps, Anyone has advises on where to get the fridge, washing machines, LCD TV and Air con at better pricing? Do your buy at Courts, Audio House, Gain City, Best Denki, Harvey Norman or some neighbour shops offer better price? I heard many people saying audio house better pricing but whn i went to compare the washer and fridge last week, turn out gain city to be better in price.
