Hi everyone! i know i have been like MIA liao. haha been real busy with work, no time to surf net. Now i have more or less settled work and will be posting up pictures of my flat soon.......i hope. Already move in for a little over 2 weeks and things have more or less settle down liao. Sofa just came in 2 days ago though. Pls support me ah, everyone stand by! :D

hi i manage to network my ps3 to my network storage. playing DVD files are fine, Bluray files cannot. read it somewhere that i have to change the m2ts files to m2t then work liao. but i dun wan to do it for every bluray file i have, troublesome. looking for other alternatives...... btw, the interface of the ps3 to read network files are not so impressive. just like you go "My Computer" and find the files. i am looking for more like a movie jukebox type. hope i can find something to install in ps3 to do it. definitely dun wan to maintain another media player in my living room liao. my 10 sockets also not enough to use liao.

no lah, i mean storage must come in 4 hydraulic. if 2 i think cannot support the whole bed weight

ask you ah, why your swing glass door have so many hinges? is it recomended to have more hinges? mine only have 2, 1 on top and 1 below. dunno can last or not

i just tried my PS3, finally bought 1. it cannot link to network storage using LAN cables. only USB to USB. which i have not try whether it works as those sim lim selling network media player or not. but definitely doesn't work like a PC to rip DVDs/Blurays. only a PC can do those. surfing web is still ok. need to change to hdmi cable as the normal yellow/red/white cable picture quality is very bad. if your video collection is physical disc instead of soft copy, PS3 is a good buy for a player cum gaming. whether is it a good network media player, i need to find a USB cable and test it. too busy recently, i need more time. haha totally tired out

lol btw, i am preparing to move in in a few days time. these few days have been cleaning up the place, waiting for deliveries FYI: those of you who bought ice and water dispensing fridges, pls remember to install a water point at the fridge area. dun be like me, delivery fridge liao then realise no water point, now have to dismantle cabinet to fix the pipe.

today hung up the clothes, wife still quite sure she will run out of space and hangers

yup was still there for both IKEA. maybe you walk into the shortcuts and missed out the lighting section

yup all storage beds need to have support in between to prevent your bed from sinking and 4 hydraulic can hold your bed up better than 2.

for drawers, i think u better check with Blum. i did not use any drawers from Blum. haha it was too late when i realise i cannot change the normal ones to Blum ones in the future. have to change the whole drawer. so have to use the normal ones first.

i found a few sold out things at Alexandra still available at Tampines. was happy to be able to pick up the 3 wooden utensil for baking at $0.90. very very cheap
