aiyoh... how come so funny one. got inspection still terminate on the day itself. should have asked them to just make a transfer instead of terminate. otherwise u still need a couple of days to restore the power and water unless u pay for the express turn-on. then you tell them to move out lor.. since you bought the house already.

hi gantan88 and ossify, thanks for the feedback and advise. we have decided not to have a hanging dining light. now have to plan the lights so that it is enough to illuminate the living and dining area without increasing our budget. here's 2 more layout.. 1) L-box with more lights 2) half false ceiling with cove light The round thing at the kitchen entrance is a floor lamp. any comments? thanks,.

37" Full HD or HD ready, difference won't be that significant. unless you intend to hook up to a laptop/PC and use it as a monitor. i think sharp is still 1 year panel warranty. not too sure about panny. maybe you can ask before you commit.
