Sam jie bought a remover called Goo remover from Homefix. I also bought it but didnt use in the end cos didnt find anything sticky to remove yet. Actually good that ur cleaner haven remove the tapes cos u can take a pic and remember the location so that u will not drill holes into the walls.

Dun forget the cleaning liquid stuff like Jif, stain remover, stiicky tape remover etc. Cos I was also 'homeless' before shifting in so all my cleaning stuff all used up before we shifted out of the new house.

Some cracks appeared on the wall that we reconstructed to cover the old MBR entrance. Not sure are they just the usual hairline cracks or worst. I stayed in my old place for 10 years then they appeared but this wall is only 2 months old! Both sides of the wall has it and the line has been extending like the Circle Line. The lines which are extending seems to carve out the outline of the existing door frame. First to appear The other side of the wall, above the MBR headboard. Can any1 advise whether is this serious? Is it that i'm paranoid? I'm afraid that 1 day the wall will collapse or it will start peeling.

This is called eubiq system. Basically like the usually socket we have (those double or single type) but like for the 1m track i have, can put in max 12 plugs (the round thing u see there). I got the co to install for me, as i did re-wiring for my house, so i'm not sure if rewiring is a must. Before the installation, i saw my electrician left some wires for it. Its easy, took abt an hour for the ppl to install. From what i see, is the track gets the power from the wires at the back then when u need to use, just plug ur appliances to the individual round plugs. Child friendly cos fingers cant get in the track. For what u see here, i paid ard $320 to $330. U can go and get it from CCM (Choo Chiang Marketing), its cheaper cos the sales man said i paid more than what they offer.

I think we have the same problem, super tiny toilets. We also insist on the shower screen. So bought a small basin to install at the corner and mange to put shower screen too. Since its the FSM who requested it then must follow.

Ur MBR toilet sink going to be outside the toilet? We wanted to bring the sink out initially but after considerations, we decided not to. 1) The flooring will get well when we splash water 2) The wardrobe next to it will also get well. Ur 3d kitchen drawing is nice.

dunno wat material, feels plastic. Yes can run under tap water and scrub or maybe Jif can do the job. True, fabric got the elegant, glam look but diff to maintain
