some updates... been busy with F1 and work mosaic tiles for the MBR toilet purchases so far waiting for revised 3D drawing

hi sanntan nice layout! one question - will you be separating dining and kitchen area?

i've talked to ** and earnest interior, and 2 contractors (promax and hun ho bros). both DI and EI are on the high side. was keen in promax but the guy quoted and never followed up despite my several phone calls of requesting him to call me back and arranging for site visit. hun ho bros is cheap but heard work is real slow must chase and can vomit blood (my brother used him for his house reno few months before). so... most likely i will go with ideal house...

eh, ceiling leaking eh? hmmm... never notice it leh... could it be just paint peel off? *keep finger crossed* + touch wood. nope, no tv inside MBR. havent thought of what to do with the huge space. the reason for breaking down the wall is to bring out the basin + vanity top, and to be able to put a shower screen. if i do that without breaking the wall, i would have to compromise with a single bed, which is a NO NO.

thanks for the advice budgetice. i talked to kevin before, he is, like you said, more inexperienced compared to the IDs I have spoke with. however, he definitely come across as sincere and honest. at least, i dont get the feeling he is trying to con or milk me. well, will see how it goes. i am almost 80% close to choosing my ID. wish me lots of luck!

Dear DKCH Pls note that the machines that are sold in Singapore are all PSB / Spring Singapore tested and certified ok. If you buy from overseas, there's a risk of voltage conflict, as the the model is designed for THAT country. also, shipping an electronic item means there's handling and subject to damage. IMHO, not worth the risk vs $$ saving.

nacho, actually models other than citiz (essenza and le cube) can put tall glasses for latte. you just need to take out the drip tray which is used to hold at the right height for espesso cup

was at IFC Sungei Kadut today, saw some nice fabric sofa in SALSAL (#03-12). Salesperson not pushy, prices seem reasonable and they have microsuede which is what i am looking for.
