Have anyone seen this screw before? This is to attach the toilet bowl seat to the bowl itself. Brand of toilet bowl is Velin. I have tried looking at hardware store, but to no avail. Went back to the store I bought the bowl, yes they can order for me but price wise is quite high just for a screw. So any wise men or ladies around know where can I get these? Thankz for reading.

Hi GoalHome, Generally, they are nice people. So far no major issues for me. Cleanliness is quite ok. Payment wise, always on time. But the downside for mine, sometimes quite noisy. Other then that, all considered ok. Hope this help..

Hi, I don't use the common toilet at all. Is it a norm that tenant wash it themselves? Or we as landlord wash? I really don't find that its my duty to wash the common toilet? Can I have a show of hands, do any of u wash the common toilet for your tenants? Whats the norm here? Thanks all.. :-)

Hi, This tenant of mine, always washed his clothes secretly.. I scheduled him weekly wash, but certain times, he washed blatantly, or have the laundry hanged inside his room.. Is there anyway we can kerb this? I caught him twice, whereby, I barred him washing the whole week...

Hi all, I would like to seek some advise. I am planning to put an approximately 200litres capacity fridge inside my store room/bomb shelter. The question is, is there sufficient ventilation? Or it will be too stuffy & hot? I don want to either spoil the fridge, or to foot high utilities bill. Kindly advise me. Is it ok? Or do I need to put those ventilation fan? Hi All, I have this problem.. Just bought this house, the toilet flooring I believe was installed by HDB contractor.. Its super super dirty. I believe its watermark, those super stubborn one. Notice some yellow & greyish stain.. Tried cleaning with a lot of things, JIF, detergent, mild soap even thinner. But still, the stains are still there.. Here I attach the picture, hope you all don't puke ok... This photo I took once the tiles are dry, right after washing.. So any of you guys facing the same problem? Anyone can help me please? Dear All, Basically I only want my aircon compressor to be powered on only from 10pm to 6am. Currently I am doing it manually, open my window, push down the aircon compressor at 10pm, & then push it up at 6am. I went to DIY shops asking for timer, but they all gave me timer where it has to be fitted to a wall socket. I checked my aircon, theres no wall socket, only lever outside the window. So is it possible to call an electrician to actually solve my problem? Cause I no longer want to do it manually. If it is, do anyone of you can kindly leave me some contact? Hi folks, Am intending to rent out my common room. Facilities includes: Queen bed Wardrobe Built in study table Tv & dvd player Aircon & wall fan Wifi Usage of water heater as well washing machine. Light cooking. Mine is a high floor, corner unit near to interchange, mrt n lrt. With various buses at bus stops just metres away. In addition, walking distance to pool n gyms as well as temple & mosque. Its a unit in Sengkang. My understanding is, usually rental is ard $600 per month. If I allow couple stay, will the price still be $600? Or I can ask more? Say like $750-$800? Kindly advise people.
