Good to try to train them to start bathing, feeding, go toilet themselves. Like that more manageable. After my reno, my place will be just beside their Pri school, so it will be super duper easy to manage as they can go sch & return home themselves.

Oh... I stay with my MIL.... :sport-smiley-004: She's the biggest help to us. Just before we have our no.4, we employ a FDW, so she helps out a lot. Especially bringing the kids to & from school. Now things gets easier as my eldest in P3, 2nd one in P2, so most of the things they will do themselves lor. No 3 K2, so trying to get her to do on her own. no4, faint...... coming to 2 yrs old, super sticky to the FDW. (lucky 2 yrs up, changing, hopefully she don't stick to the new FDW too much) ; p

Think maybe can do it on a base (maybe wood or a material that's very similar to the door). Keep it near to the edge of the door, so to minimize the exposed wire. Hunt for those paper thin flat type wire, paint it similar to your door color. think should work. (but hor, that kind of wire very very difficult to find, till now I still can't find, only have 1 telephone wire that type, got from a trade show).

The island, in total 5.4m x 900mm wide(dining side 3m, other side 2.4m), follow by Fridge & a Full height cabinet. Hob area now stand alone at the window area, so all fumes directly OUT Sink area will shift in 700mm to accommodate my top load washer, so sink + work area should be about 1.6m x 600mm(including sink), follow by a full height cabinet housing my wall mount oven. Once done sure invite you over. Once everything done sure have house warming. :dancingqueen:

use those 5mm thick transparent acrylic plastic, cut out the number (with side unpolished to catch the lights), use the similar type of LED you had to light up the unit number. Same theme as your house liao ; p
