It could be that person's room has more metals, or he likes Earth!

Hi, Reiki Thank you for the valuable feedback and I am taking note of all comments & will discuss it with my ID. So far, he has been very responsive & he is coordinating the reno works himself personally! Today, when I was telling the tiler that we have plenty of time, ID immediately disagreed and told the tiler that he should speed up as per schedule. On a separate issue, I am unhappy with the Aircon guy. When I first met him, I did tell him that I want the pipes to be concealed at side kerb but I never agreed that the pipe laid underneath the floor tiles! Worst still, the pipe outlet was dipping into floor trap, so how am I going to do purging during maintenance? ID called the aircon guy and conveyed my complaint to him. The aircon guy assured me that he will modify it when floor tiles are ready. I am not listening to his advice and over the weekend, told ID that I am rejecting it & asked that the aircon guy adhered to my suggestion to hide the pipes along the kerbs. Not sure what other solutions are available to hide those aircon pipes, yet still maintain accessibility for purging?

I also agreed that 2.5 months for reno to new 4 room flat is more than my old 5 rooms with major makeover! My hacking started on 25 Nov, and I ask my ID to handover by 26 Jan. Today, while I was telling the tiler that we are not rushing, ID immediately proclaimed that tiling should finish according to schedule! Wow...he is serious in his work! My ID is also the Project Manager & I am keeping my fingers crossed that all went well. By the way, can you advise me the diameter of air con pipe? 16mm dia? What is Class '0' thing that was mentioned?

In that case, since you have activators (telephone, hi-fi, fan) on left table, and lamp on right table, I would suggest you superimposed both tables and place these activators in the sub-sector with good stars. Got office politiking? On the right table, place the lamp at South for these few months until 3-Feb.

You are right; the TV seems to be too low. I will be checking with ID if it can be mounted on the low wall; but it also depends on the height of sofa we are getting. Seems like we have to buy low theme coffee table and sofa. Else, will mount TV on the bracket and increase the height of base console. Overall, we like the sleek design of the TV console.

In JY's book, he said don't fret over open shelves. Ofcourse, I don't like open shelves which is confronting us (ie. open door and see open shelves 'greeting' you). As for the cove lights in the bedrooms, it is acceptable as the space coverage is wide and high. I would be concerned if it is under the beam or heavy objects like some people like to install cabinets above the bed.

CoffeeMan Really thank you for your feedback and comments. There is still space in front of fridge to pull out the vege and fruit drawers. I met my ID during lunchtime today and heard him telling the tiler to erect 1000mmW for the fridge base (Width of fridge is 894mm) and clearance for doors, especially the right door of the fridge. Left door is not an issue as it is not flushed with the cabinet. ID was calling me today to discuss the floor tiles which I specifically gave the instruction that I MUST have the first UNBROKEN piece in the CENTER of Main Entrance, and a low curb! So, I better go home (which is 15-20 minutes walking distance) and speak to the tiler personally to avoid mis-communication!

...or we can engage him as Project Manager or Project Consultant!

My personal experience is that whenever Star 2 flies into my son's bedroom, he will sure to fall sick! In the month when Star 2 flies into my Master bedroom, I also 'tou kong kong' giddy most of the time! I remember I accidentally disturbed the 'Tai Sui' sector (which no reno allowed for that year when Grand Duke resided in that sector), you know what happened? My aircon starts to breakdown, my washing machine pipes leaked and I slipped and fell in the bathroom on the following days! Then, when star 3 arrives at certain sector in that month if I didn't cure it, there will friction with my sons.

I would suggest you use the longer table to superimpose the 9-grids, i.e the main table you used most of the time. Which side of the table has better facing?

CoffeeMan, Wow...you still got time to spend to scout for good lobang for FS stuffs?! Not bad leh...

Hi, Ivy1981 We are in the same boat....our personal experience counts! Btw, Ivy, you seem to have good fs knowledge!

You are right! I have no knowledge in Numerology, but if you look at the bright side, you have number 9 - happy moments and events, as well as future prosperity star!

Tall objects are considered YIN and therefore, the full height solid wardrobe can be used as backing for my bed to lean against. The only flaw in this arrangement is that my feet will be pointing to the window and I must draw the curtains (must be thick night curtains) when I sleep. Our initial layout plan given by FSM was to build the wardrobe near the left wall at entrance of master bedroom, same as my old layout. But this will block half of the view and light into the living room outside. Further, FSM master suggested my bed to be placed at corner tapping into good Yin star (8), but I changed to current location / direction to tap into my Nobleman star (BaZi) & 'Tian Yi - heavenly doctor' (8 mansion), as I personally find these 2 aspects more important than Flying Star - Star 8.

I like your floor laminates. For my reno, I have a platform bed which uses laminate. As there will be folds to wrap the corners of platform (as seen in the 3D drawing in my blog), I was told that only certain soft laminate can achieve the effect.

I like your WIW at mbr. A pity that I can't do the same due to space constraint .

My fuzzy youngest son wants his room to be all white and black, against the color theme suggested by my FSM. Headache for me and challenge for ID! He has too much metal in his birth chart which makes him inflexible and unresponsive to new ideas. My youngest is Geng Metal, and metal elements are dominating his BaZi chart. A person with his attribute needs to undergo adversities and challenges in order to be solid and useful as he was born into a structure that is in conflict with the season. No choice for now, but to go according to his Wish!

I went shopping at Novena Square yesterday afternoon. Supposed to meet my ID and the electrician at Balestier at 2:30pm to view the 3D drawings and finalized the electrical quotation, but it was raining heavily and there was a very long Q at the taxi stand. Text my ID that I would be late. Surprisingly, received his call that he is coming to fetch me:) Have bought most of the kitchen and toilet accessories at Asia Excel along Balestier Road. Got good discount price for the EFH 4650 hob at $440, cheaper than those at Best Denki and Courts which is selling at $469. Total damage is $2,840. Still pending the rain shower with light effect for common bathroom, and the basin(cabinet) for master toilet.

It will work if activated correctly.

As bepgof had mentioned, 8 mansions do not have time dimension. For flying stars, beside the base natal house chart, there are annual influence, monthly flying stars and even daily flying stars. Result is as fast as within hours if activated correctly.
