Altho I have FS knowledge, we sometimes ended up taking another master's advice (FS is like Onions with many layers and depending on which perspective you look at ). My home is a good example. Never thought of renovating my kitchen due to missing SE sector, which is by rule of thumb, considered a missing sector of my house, and apparently, is the Sheng Qi sector of my home.

Noise travels upwards. I remembering when I was staying on 25th floor, I can hear foot steps of passer -by in the wee hour, as though the noise is just outside your door step! -
Meeting Geomancer 31st Dec - Questions To Ask

Yearly audit because of the Annual Flying Stars - to be mindful of where bad stars reside and making use of particular location with favourable stars (wang Qi). Ofcourse, there is influence of annual flying stars with that of house base stars, facing and / or sitting star, if layman is unable to DIY or interpret its effect. -
It is not that detrimental; the reason being you won;t have a good & sound sleep when bed is hit by rushing Qi. Also bed must be lean against a solid wall.

I can also give you some FS advice FOC.

Not necessary as there are external forms to be considered in additional to your own BaZi chart. Most importantly, check out these features: 1. Main Door - no beam running across, as this is Qi mouth. 2. Kitchen Location - dont ever design a kitchen stove in Island layout. Kitchen also can not be located in NW sector of house (which we called it Fire burning the heaven gate) and kitchen stove also cannot be located in the centre of house. 3. Master Bedroom - ensure that you have good facing direction for your bed. -
I agree your point: most books written by FS master available in the bookstore are usually at entry or basic level. You have to take up higher module to gain a thorough understanding of FS in deeper perspective. Like I mentioned in one of post, feng shui is like peeling an onions with many layers. There is no single size fits all approach and it depends on what perspective or situation you are looking at, then FSM will zoom in to analyse that problem in details.

I agree with 'bepgof' but when we talk about flying stars, we are looking at the 'Mountain' or Sitting star, and the 'Water' or Facing star. If we get the facing of the house correctly (note: door is NOT equal to house facing), the good effect can be seen very quickly. Of course, the bad ones will be as speedy as it is. We have the annual influence stars, so just be mindful of 2-black or sickness star, 3-argument star, 5-mishap/misfortune/calamity and 7-star for robbery/injuries.

You can email your floor plan & let me see if I can help. For your info, I have learnt Feng Shui, BaZi and ZiWei Dou Shu for couple of years. I just started my T-blog today, as I wanted to show the before & after reno for my Feng Shui house, Altho I have FS knowledge, we sometimes ended up taking another master's advice (FS is like Onions with many layers and depending on which perspective you look at ). My home is a good example. Never thought of renovating my kitchen to give way to SE sector, which is by rule of thumb, considered as a missing sector of my house, and apparently, is the Sheng Qi sector of my home.

After 60 Years Old, No More Bother Of Fs, Etc ?

Destiny is not cast in stone and can be altered. If we know our BaZi and understand what lies in life path, then we will be mindful of our journey ahead and plan in advance. Change begins with self-awareness. Everyone is bestowed with their own unique personality, talents and potential since the day they were born. But not many of us are aware of these until we discovered them.
