Share with my 1st resale flat at bukit gombak, we just plan for reno on kitchen & 2 toilets, since the living room and bedroom floor tiles still in good condition and we just plan for redo kitchen & toilets only. 2nd appointment would be next month mid Sept, once we collect key and starter our journey, this unit also our 1st viewing unit and deal on the spot. We has engaged Idealhouse as our reno ID. Our signed up packaged for $25.5k 1. Redo new kitchen cabinet 15ft with granite top, hack off existing sink, hob & tiles wall/floors. 2. Redo 2 toilets tiles wall/floors, temper glass doors. 3. Runing new Plumbing system, water pipes else. 4. Runing new wiring for each points. 5. New main gate & window grills. Here is the actual look for kitchen and common toilet, the condition not as bad and just we don't like after moved in and regretted why didn't doing anything before move in. Floor Plan Floor plan is own planning and space, the plan is drawn with autocad drawing by myself. My own draft also

Hi, normal hdb flat can be install with pump? I saw in JB with built in pump at Rm899 come with rain shower. But anyone can confirm hdb will allow us to install with pump? Thanks

really no idea to box-up, there too ugly but we must acceptable the easy way, when the pipes is stuck or MUP offer for redo the new piping else.

HI, i am SPR, currently just bought a unit of HDB Flat, but still in process and haven't collect my key yet. I am plaining to buy new furniture from JB and shift to Sg, So just worry how they delivery the Wardrobe tall is around 2.4 meter(8 ft) high and going to "LIFT", cause my resale flat is older type, just around 3m height, i think so.. But i know they will non fixing for all the panel of wardrobe and come on site of room and they fixed it. But if the lift can't going in, then to be carry every floor from the staircase? That's very normal right, but they have extra charge for each floor of $50, lucky not too high for five floor only. Thank you..
