  6. Wow, seems like there is alot of stuff to be done there. Was wondering if you still do the feature wall for tv with the glass installed. Best if can see the ID drawings =)
  7. Hi chrisyeo, saw that you hack away the bedroom 2 wall. very curious here, care to share how are you going to design that area ? using whole piece see-thru glass as partition ? I like your idea very much as it makes the whole place looks brighter =) Reason for doing that, cos the walls of my Bedroom 2 are being hacked
  8. Hmm, just giving my humble feedback after visiting both of them less than 2 weeks ago.. Hommage alot of furniture is about looking at magazine unless you know what you want. The price is definitely better as compared to outside. If you are comfortable looking at the pictures of the design before placing order, then go for them. The boss Eric seems like a trust worthy guy to us. I and wife was looking at the fabric sofa, abit sad that the selection of the sofa fabric were quite limited, thus might not be getting from them. Xclusive just visited them yesterday. Price are very designer wise and much more expensive. Quite skeptical when they told me the fabric sofa are from GERMANY, tats why the cost is higher close to $1.8k - $2k (thought everthing from china nowadays). Anyway seems like many stuffs are out of budget for us as they are not cheap although they did mentioned that yesterday is there last day of sales (dunno truth or not). One plus point is the attentiveness of the sales staff, quite patient with us for 30 mins though we are not getting anything from them end of day.
  9. Hihi Welcome too~!! Your ID pics are design very closely to the actual unit size & design. Will look forward to your reno pictures. Pls keep us update k~!! =)

  13. Hihi footprint, your reno progressing well~~!!! Want check with you, how much you pay for the leds lightings and the remote control. Do you still install the normal switches at the side after installing the remote control? =)
  14. Hi mae29, want check with you, after you install the lights with remote control, do you still install the switches on the wall to on/off the lightings? So additional $100 is what you pay to electrician to top up to the original amount just to install the remote control ? =)
  15. haha, okok noted.. Seems like I will keep away from all this china LED downlights then even though they are much cheaper.. don't wanna take the risk =)
  16. Hi Jaskel, want to seek your advise regarding LED downlights. For led bulbs such as MR16 (3 watts), nowadays alot shops are selling quite cheap but it comes from china. From my friends feedback the bulbs blow easily and not recommendable. Sales assistant from lightings.com.sg recommend me to use philips LED downlight cause not from china and have warranty. Another shop quote me Malaysia brand LED downlight but I forgot the brand already also selling quite cheap with 1 year warranty. Really confused now.. haha.. Actually I don't need alot just 4-5 of them to brighten up some wall area. Do you have experience using them for your past reno? can share? thanks thanks =)
  17. How about fabric sofa from Hommage? Anyone have any comments? =)
  18. Yea, it blends in nicely to your ceiling. Just that i guess white color need regular maintenance to rubb away the dust which I think is manageable. Your ceiling fan after installation still have quite a distance from the L-box so will not have shadow issue. not bad~!!
  19. Hi Soichiro, Your white ceiling fan looks cute. Is it from KDK ? how many inches is the fan ? =)
  20. Mine phase 1.. contractor propose overlay the whole wall, so now im still considering.. =)
