haha.. that's good to hear, but still worried coz doggies tend to lick/playbite... haha... it's alright... at least for fifi, scold her and she will back off!

both mr and mrs compassvale  count us in! the duck mould killer - yes, it's good.. at least for the 2 times i used it. Just spray on and leave for a few hours before wash off... does work well for areas between sink and wall etc. But caution - smell is horrid.. smell like chloride, last up to 8 hours man, even after wash off.. so after you apply the duck mould killer, make sure you run far far for a long long time.

ok, we will contribute the chocolates.. will be in the form of chocolate mini pallets and full cream milk. (there is this shop in vivio city that sells delicious choco mini pallets for fondue purposes!)

Cheese fondue date: lets wait to hear from Mace. Choco fondue , i tried my hands on it before. easy to do... (my skills not very good la, but edible la), but must cook and eat immediately... So if Mace and wifey prefer to keep it just cheese, then no probs, christmas gathering at my place will have choco fondue! With bananas, waffle sticks, strawberries, kiwis etc... yums.. and Val, you may want to bring your mum along again! Oreo and Donut surely welcome.... and if they disturb Gendon, lets put all 3 of them in Fifi's big cage to fight it out.. hahaha Gendon: I got your pics! thanks!

we have a friend who just had a dotter as well in Oct, also very tiring for him though his wife's aunty came over to help. Family support very impt at this period of time he said, a couple alone will find very very tiring. Even got maid, also won't be *assured* to let her handle, cos, afterall, your own precious mah..hehe but ok lah, at least if got maid still can leave everything except the baby to her. And even that itself, is already tiring....

lol.... that's what those hardcore off-road enthusiasts have to pay for... high torque 4WD...*nothing in their way* hehehe but they are sure lasting lor...last time when i was in NS, those land rovers already so old liao...now reservist go back....still the same number plate, same engine/chassis number...wah liew.. older than most of us here ah...lol but get landrover good, cos i can help to service your landrover...lol i was a vehicle auto-tech in NS...*B* vehicle, which means 3-tonners and land rovers....lol
-
but Murano more spacious though for those with children actually, the CRV also not bad...but the new facelift takes some getting used to..hehe the interior though, is really much nicer compared to the previous one actually if really love off-roads, should get those landrovers/range rovers with winch pulling function..those kind can go mud/streams...get stuck never mind, tie to a strong tree trunk and can winch yourself up and out..hehe

very right. it is worth it for those having low COE to drive the full ten years...but for those who want to change cars early, having a higher COE means u will *break even* of sorts earlier when u wanna sell it after a couple of years... actually no such things as break even after owning a car...it's just that point where u no need to top up to pay back your bank loan after you sell your car...hehe
