My electrician lost his whole coil of cables, he claimed that it costs about $500+. I also suspected its the haulage people, who have access to all our units because our ID/contractor usually gives them the number to facilitate them to deliver the sand. All our flats are locked by number locks mah, which is only known to the workers; most of the thefts are done by someone who knows the pin number, and there is no sign of break-in. The haulage people always ask the ID for the number, because they need to work. As such, they are always being suspected because they are the only workers that come and go without needing to report to us. All the workers under your ID will be closely supervised, so anything go wrong between a certain time, the respective workers will be grilled. I like the false ceiling design and also the colours you had chosen! Very modern and bold. We got Mcdonald's at Ridout Garden liao, just a short drive, or maybe walk 20mins. 7-11 no good, very expensive. Huh I thought I already advised liao. One method can be to list down all the items that are not rectified and ask your ID for a lump sum discount; however if you do this the ID sure got alot of things to argue, so even more headache. If you want to be more detailed, you can do this: 1. Check which areas have not been rectified. 2. Determine a percentage of that particular area that is not rectified (this is the difficult part). 3. Take the cost of that particular area and calculate the amount of that percentage. 4. Add up all together and tell the ID that you want to cut out this amount. The ID will surely argue on Point 2, but since you are so specific in analysing each area respectively, it will be difficult for him to argue much.
