After settle kitchen shelving I will be heading to lighting~ Spotted a few nice and colourful lamp from IKEA...can put it in guess room ~ or common room brighten the atmosphere

Now im looking on the design for kitchen shelving... Guess im going to design by myself by doing all these steps one-by-one. Either get: 1) Blum (I totally have no idea on their price range~ ) 2) Some dono what brand using chrome material claim to be long lasting for few yrs) 3) Ikea? lots of negative reviews on the rust portion but kitchen shelving? 4) Chicken brand by Song-Cho? using SS which is superb exp tho' 1 pull out tray under the sink cost $250 before GST.. @angelbutterfly, Thanks for the support 3D design cost alot $$ but well...cant do much now..Practically i have a few designs and i drew out for contractor to see~ so far so good~ some design was given the contractor a shock haha "WHAA Beh Sai (cannot) la, very exp to construct haha (contractor is helping me to save cost True..all the design are based on the floor plan but it and the sales (ID) will pass down the concept to the designer to draw..any misinterpret between us and ID....3D will end up bad~ (1 chance wasted) but is okie... Haha yeah will show more upcoming design soon hehe This time round the design will be more impressive than ID hehe~ i have more daring ideas to overturn the current 3D design~

MRB wardrobe + study area ok but i think there's some mis comm. between feature wall vs. TV feature wall which is customize behind my study wall with wallpaper??? another wrong MBR haha this is more ridicules. my toilet cant fit full height mirror and my piping is very big and small toilet MBR ugly piping~~ Common Toilet. Feature is wrong- Too Small Shoe Rack design is ok but i double check the measurement it cant fix 3 door panels. so is wrong again Island Design- Look gorgeous and spacious but missing re-reinforce beam which ID make the cabinet looks longer and the Island is not "that" long!

haha yeah u stared making second page Last week was busying dealing with ID and my wifey and i decided to drop our ID for some reason. Well...burned our deposit but i think is a good move to seek for contractor now. Hiccups along the discussion: 1) Email ID few times about my requirements but no follow-up action 2) No care call to check on the owner quotation and request on doing space planning (did not provide me 2D design) 3) 3D design is screw up and yet i do not have the chance to change (I was given 2 chances but she mentioned i used up 1 chance for the initial 3D design?) 4) I was hopping to construct an open concept kitchen + Island and we ask can we do this? she say Yes can no problem...after searching for second opinion from my friend and he did an actual measurement on the layout stated. "Your Island only 1feet walking space and Island width is 4ft only" I was like xxx what...4ft? so small? Now, 3D design shows that my Island is kind of spacious (i know 3D is roughly 80% similar) as a Interior Designer should preamp the owner on this issue (Can do, but your Island will be small) but I hear nothing from her. (Well this maybe personal issue for me & between ID) Anyway this has nothing to do with the Company or any Reno Folks using them. Wish all of you have a smooth reno journey. Haha yeah... 3m most probably. Tv doesn't mean big is good -- say many ppl wish to get 55' where is only differ about few hundred bucks but, the viewing experience will be difficult as the screen is too 'big' well so most probably 46" will be the ideal case because your MBR most probably comes with say 32" / 42" couldn't be your living hall having 42" right Hehe we let TS to come back on her decision hehe

Is it a must for platering the whole house as some furniture are block while inpecting my new house can't comment on the condition.. Saw some hair line crack but that can be paint right? Able to spot 1 MBR wall sort off 3 partition lines. I think this column where the plaster thingy comes in...
